It's pretty safe to say that we ALL did it once, twice, or several times in our lives on the Internet. Mostly when we were shitty 13-year-olds and had no respect for ourselves or anyone else... don't be embarrassed, it's all part of growing up!

When people write journals about their Internet rivals (who they hate ever-so-much), and they say all kinds of nasty things and call them names and read everyone the charges and accusations-- but they make sure they never mention the name of that person.

No one will ever really know the truth about that person, will they?
It makes me wonder what I'm supposed to learn by the time I'm finished reading such an article. It just raises more questions! Maybe some of it's true? Maybe there's some kind of unique circumstance here? Maybe I'm not getting the whole truth? Maybe this whole thing is a shitty lie?

One way or another, I could never just believe it, right? That wouldn't be fair.

The whole thing-- completely immature and counter-productive.

I guess, despite being in our middle 20s, some of us are still the same petty 13-year-old delinquent scum we were back then. Bodies age, but some of us simply never grow up.

And those people tend to always stand out, for better or for worse.

So next time you want to rant about a very specific person in a public Journal, remember this: If you're too damn scared to put the name of that person in the article... don't write the article at all. You might give us lots of words to read, but all it really says is, "I'm a coward, and you're my sheep."
